Job Description:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products we offer, including their unique features and benefits, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
3. Sales and Upselling: Utilize your product knowledge to suggest complementary items and upsell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
4. Loss Prevention: Be vigilant in monitoring and preventing loss by following loss prevention procedures and assisting with security measures as needed.
5. Storytelling: Share the stories behind the products and artisans to engage customers and create a memorable shopping experience.
6. Independence: Work independently to manage daily tasks, restocking shelves, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.
7. Flexibility: Be open to flexible scheduling and evening or weekend shifts as needed.
8. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the team and management to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to our growth.
9. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Contribute to building and maintaining a strong CRM model to foster brand awareness and customer loyalty.
10. Innovative Thinking: Think outside the box to develop creative ways to enhance customer service, drive business, and contribute to the shop's success.
Experience Required:
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional experiences.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey this knowledge to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a bonus.
